If you didn't gather already, I really do love the first Saturday of the month. Naturally there is Cars and Coffee, but there is another show locally that I have went to in the past. They changed locations and are now behind Extra Innings in Plano if you are interested.

What I have noticed over the years (along with numerous location changes) is that the show has gotten a bit smaller. It always was heavy on the domestic iron, and that is fine by me. The most import thing in my household is myself, and after that my grand marquis (which, is Canadian built...). Yes, I love american cars because they are still imports in my eyes. Makes sense? Probably not... unless you are an import yourself.

What I am happy to report is that the same level of vintage muscle still attends. I actually did not find a single car there that I have seen before. The streetrod that is the cover car for this video was awesome.

I did not stay to the end, so I have no rolling shots like I do Cars & Coffee. I must attempt that for a future show. My daughter was with me at this time, juggling a camera in one hand and my daughter in the other was a challenge. I think next time I will enlist the wife.

Towards the end my little girl said she was bored. Oh no... We can't have that! You need to get on team papa! You need to care about these things! Oh well... there is always my son... If you won't turn to the dark side... maybe HE will...

But the next day, out of the blue, came these words out of my daughters mouth: "Are we going to a car show papa?" YES! Something something dark side... something something COMPLETE!
